About Our Applications

Each of our apps serves a unique purpose:

  • True Charm: is a creative and entertaining app designed to enhance your chats and storytelling experience. With its AI Story Generator, you can create unique short stories just by describing what you need perfect for fun or inspiration. 
The Text Repeater lets you write any message, add emojis, and repeat it instantly for exciting and engaging conversations. Copy and share with friends to make chats more interactive and fun!  
  • SaveMate: Fast HD Video Downloader – Save reels, statuses & short videos watermark free.
  • SketchWave: A productivity tool that enhances Sketchware development by managing projects, blocks, and code efficiently.

Information We Collect

  • Account Information: When you register, we collect your email and password to secure your account.
  • Storage Access: SketchWave requires access to device storage to locate, backup, and manage Sketchware projects. Permissions like READ_MEDIA_IMAGES and READ_MEDIA_VIDEO are used only to access project files, not personal media.
  • Usage Data: We may collect anonymized analytics to improve app performance (e.g., crash reports).

Use of Information

We use your data to:

  • Provide core functionality of the apps
  • Secure your account
  • Improve app quality
  • Offer technical support

Advertising and AdMob

Our apps may display ads provided by Google AdMob. This helps us keep our apps free. AdMob may use a mobile advertising ID (provided by the device OS) to show relevant ads. However:

  • We do not share any personal user data with AdMob or advertisers.
  • All ads comply with Google Play and AdMob content policies.
  • You can manage your ad preferences through your device’s settings (e.g., ad personalization).

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data. 

Children’s Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.

Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption and secure servers. Despite this, no method of transmission is 100% secure, so we encourage users to protect their login details.

  • Contact us to request data deletion

Third-Party Services

If you no longer wish to use our services and would like to delete your account, we offer a simple and transparent process:

How to Delete Your Account:

In-App Request (Preferred):

Email Request:

Send an email to enovatz.info@gmail.com using the same email address you registered with.

Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request

In the message, include your username or email address.

What Happens After Deletion:

Your email and password will be removed from our system.

Any project or data stored with your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

We do not retain any backups of your personal data after deletion.

Note:

Once deleted, the process is irreversible.

Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your account.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or app features. Any changes will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date.
